Domicilary care
Hourly domiciliary care is the solution for daily assistance when most needed.
We understand that every Service User has different needs based on circumstances hence we create a specific package for the service user.
Our Carers/ support workers take care of general everyday requirements which allow the Service User to maintain their independence and continue to live at their.
We help our Service users to get out of the bed and get ready for a day.
We also do the shopping for groceries and prepare the meals. We can provide assistance to and from a family members/relatives/friends home or companionship when just Service User wishes to grab a fresh air.
Care at night
We can offer you a flexible service in respect of caring for you at or through the night.
Sitting – this service is for service users who require frequent attention during the night.
Sleeping – this service ensures that the Service User is not left alone during the night. We do ask that bed is provided for the carer who will be expected to sleep. If care workers are called more than twice during the night for longer that 15 minutes than this service will became a sitting night.
